Q: When will my order ship?
All items are made to order just for you. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships.

Q: Why does processing take time?
We don’t mass produce. Each piece is printed after you order, which reduces waste and ensures quality.

🚚 SHIPPING

Q: How long does shipping take?
After production:

  • 🇺🇸 U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days

  • 🌎 International Orders: 7–21 business days

Shipping times may vary during holidays or high-demand seasons.

Q: How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times and customs fees vary by country.

👕 SIZING & FIT

Q: Are your items true to size?
Yes. Most of our apparel is unisex fit, designed to look great on all body types.

Q: I want an oversized look. What should I do?
Size up for a relaxed, streetwear-style fit.

Q: Where can I find the size chart?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart. We recommend checking measurements before ordering.

🧼 CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Q: How do I wash my apparel?
To keep your pieces looking fresh:

  • Wash inside out

  • Cold water

  • Mild detergent

  • Hang dry or tumble dry low

  • Do not iron directly on the design

Proper care keeps your print vibrant and long-lasting.

🔁 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns for size issues or buyer’s remorse.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’ve got you. If your item is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll replace it.

Q: I ordered the wrong size — can I change it?
We can’t change sizes after production begins. Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.

🧾 ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Q: Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After production starts, changes can’t be made.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Shop Pay, and other secure payment options available at checkout.

Q: How are your designs printed?
We use high-quality, professional printing methods to ensure bold, lasting designs that don’t crack or peel.

Q: Will the design fade?
With proper care, your design will stay vibrant for a long time.
